ABOUT THE COACH MENTORING INTENSIVE


This 3 month Intensive includes:

Group Mentor Coaching - 7 hours

Individual Mentor Coaching - 3 hours

Buddy coaching – 3 times (once in your individual mentor session)

Focus: Self-awareness of the coach and coaching skills to move to a higher level of coaching skills.

Each participant will coach once in the group and once in an individual session. The participants will receive verbal and written evaluations to enhance your mastery as a coach. The focus will be on your strengths and suggested ways to develop your skillful use of each ICF core competence.

Group calls - 1 hour each beginning Wednesday, September 3rd at 1 PM ET, 6 PM UTC, and every 2 weeks following (until November).

(Each call will include at least one coaching session and a brief review of the ICF Core Competencies)

REQUIREMENTS:

· Your active participation in process:

o Prep work before each call

o Buddy call (3 times)

o Coaching Journal

· Group calls will be recorded – also the individual call where you coach

· Learn from and with coaching colleagues.

· Grow one another as coaches

· The group will be limited to 10 participants

· The cost for the Coach Mentoring Intensive is $1500. (payment plan available).

Dr. Jim Robey


Jim Robey is the Executive Director for Attentional Growth Inc., a non-profit organization he founded in 2004.   He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a United Methodist minister. Jim is a renowned speaker, seminar leader, teacher, minister and coach with a profound commitment to help others grow in their work and life. His practice takes him across the United States and the world to work with a variety of groups, organizations and businesses.

Jim’s passion is coaching leaders and teams to increase their effectiveness and sense of fulfillment.  He has proven himself to be successful in bridging cultures, countries, ages, races, religion and gender. Jim brings a world view that embraces diversity and celebrates it. Currently he is coaching leaders in the United States and internationally by phone, Skype and in-person.

Jim, an avid global traveler, once worked with Mother Teresa in Calcutta, toured extensively in the USSR, and studied in Geneva, Switzerland.  He recently led coach training and leader development events in England, Ireland, Sweden, Bosnia, Kenya, South Africa and Swaziland.
Jim is known for his personal warmth that positively impacts his coaching and leading.  He consults with coaches globally and continues to learn with them to become more masterful in his coaching.  Jim values experiential learning as part of coaching and transformation of leaders. He enjoys partnering with corporate leaders to create new programs that employ visionary thinking to expand their businesses. Jim and his wife Betty live in Georgia.
